Bye, Bye Streamers!

Streamers are the classic party decoration. But in the crafting world, streamers are dull and now a more embellished look is taking over my Pinterest page. I introduce to you, the tissue tassel garland! The frilly look gives some "umph" to your party decorations. In with the new and out with the old! I made the garland for a birthday party, but I intend on leaving it up until... well until there is a good enough reason. I hope you enjoy this cheap and easy craft as much as I did!

What you need:
- Tissue paper
- Scissors
- Glue gun
- Cord

Instructions:
1. Fold tissue lengthwise
2. Fold tissue widthwise
3. Fold lengthwise again
4. Cut tissue paper (not on folded side)
5. Unfold
6. Cut down middle
7. Open the paper
8. Roll the paper
9. Twist the paper
10. Add glue
11. Loop around cord

Instructions from left to right

Tassel! Tassel! Tassel!
Random assortment of tissue paper
The best part about this craft is that most of the items needed can be found around your home! So for your next graduation party, birthday party, or even wedding, skip the streamers and add some flare to your decorations!

Enjoy!
